This coin has what looks like a large 7 or upside down L at right second level corner of the building, right corner building die break , left side of bulding appears to be a rounded double, some of the USA letters have little rounded bars (esp. US) and two dots under the steps, a die chip in C of America and two chips under ONE.
The only thing I see that looks to be like anything interesting is possibly 2 little cuds under "ONE" The rest looks to be plating issues to me. I however, would wait til someone with more knowledge than me chimes in
this is zinc rot caused by the thin copper plating getting damaged and lets the zinc get exposed then it rots.
Rascal - what about the 2 things underneath "ONE"? They don't look like typical zinc rot or plating bubbles to me.
It's good to check all things out. I didn't look at this at first but this is also more blisters from the zinc swelling up. I wish our cents would have remained copper , I just don't like the zinc coins very much. they are ok if someone keeps they dry and protected , if not they rot away to about nothing.
Agreed - the zinc cents suck. I just thought they may be small cuds since they were right on the rim. Learn something new every day
