i'll say abrasion marks from die polishing in columns and above, die deterioration doubling around date and a die crack on corner...
What you call die breaks between the columns look more like polishing lines. The die crack from the top left of the Memorial toward the rim has some metal displacement, and this is a common place for a crack to start. There appear to be some corrosion issues on the obverse, and the coin isn't worth more than face value. Chris
