1992 P Dime - looks bubbled - what do you think?

    found this in the pocket change. Looks like it is bubbled on both sides. I have never seen anything like it. No penetrations I can tell under the scope. Does not appear to be hit with a tool or pressed in a machine. What do yo think?

    Environmental damage it appears that someone heated it up JMO
    So let's see what other's think.

    Extreme Heat caused the clad layer to bubble up.. Not a Mint Error
