1992 Lincoln "The smoker"

    Please every body 2 Questions. Is this a DDR coin? and; Why the cigar is very similar to #1.

    DDR ??? 1992 a lot trapped gas's in planchett .the cigar a nicely placed and shaped gas bubble

    No doubled die.

    Exactly what the first person said no doubled die and gas inclusions.
    I believe that there are some Lincolns with him smoking though during the craze of aftermarket coins punched with an image of this or that, (was popular during the bicentennial) as they punched state outlines and other stuff but it's just a novelty coin like that.

    What about the 1st and the second pics. Do you think trapped gas can give to the building a second shape? o wider some letters?

    Just minor Mechanical doubling.

    It's not trapped gas on the rev. just minor mechanical doubling very common.

    Machine doubling and bubbles under the plating just about says it all.
