I am still unfamiliar with how doubled die coins look like. Here is a 1992 penny, the front and back do not look like they are in the best shape, but some of the letters of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA look doubled. Is this coin worth anything?
Welcome to the forum! I don't see anything special on your coin. "You may wish to go on to the Internet and look up "Doubled Die." It will keep you busy for a few days and you'll know more than many of us! Then with your coin in hand + some magnification you'll be able to decide for yourself as very often it is hard to tell from just a photo.
Welcome to the forum. Your doubling is a plating issue. Check out this website. http://coinauctionshelp.com/copperplatingissues.html#.V6Phf465y-o BTW: Can you take a close-up picture of the "AM" in America?
