I noticed marks on the one cent of the reverse. There is machine doubling on the M & E on America buts that's about all.
Nice find . It's wexler DDR-001 1992-D 1¢ WDDR-001 Description: Notches show on the lower letters of ONE CENT. Extra thickness shows on the designer’s initials. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found near the vest to the left of the bottom of the mint mark. Reverse: A die gouge can be found between the Memorial and the top of the O in ONE.
