    A little hard to tell, but I am going to say no...looks like there is to much spacing between the A and M..for a closed AM, the letters will be practically touching.

    You know by your photo it looks like a little space is still there. The spaciing between the 'M' and the 'E' looks normal for a '92-D' also.
    I'm still looking for one myself.

    The disigner initials are too close to the steps of the Memorial to be a close AM. In the close AM, the initials are closer to the Memorial, and in the wide AM, they are closer to it. This is not a Close AM.
