    It's called DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling.
    Caused by a worn die. Common on Copper Plated zinc cents.

    Nothing to do with Hub Doubling which create a Doubled Die variety.

    I agree DDD as paddyman98 stated but then if memory serves me I don't think I ever disagree with him. LOL
