Although this is not a CAM, my wife did find this interesting coin in the car on the floorboard. It appears to be doubled on date, "LIBERTY", particularly the Y for one. It also appears the same with i g w t as well as on the reverse : e pluribus unum. Check it out, let me know what you find. Still looking for my cam though. IMHO.. 1992 is a Copper plated Zinc Cent What you probably are seeing is DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling or MD - Machine Doubling.
