As far as a coin collector goes it is considered damaged.

 

It's not a strike. That's what happens during the minting process.

It's a stamp. Done after it leaves the Mint.
Called a Counterstamp

 

I'm sure if you market it towards the right person, you could get a buck for it.

Definitely newer and definitely a drug related counter stamp coin. They are called Novelty Coins. Nice find but only worth a dollar at best. Maybe more if the buyer has smoked a few. Lol

 

Or maybe if they smoke too much, they won't have any money to buy it!

Just for the novelty value, Mountain Man. There are people who collect this kind of thing so they have some value to them.

I'm sure you are correct. Lots of different things to collect, so much so, it is mind boggling.

 

Luckily, I don't have deep pockets or I'd spend myself into the poorhouse buying coins.
