Welcome to CT. You could have easily answered your own question by simply looking for photos of CAM (Close AM) and WAM (Wide AM).

I did check it out! I’ve been researching them for couple days. The A&M on the one penny seemed closed but the FG wasn’t right. I just wanted to be sure. But I’d be grateful if you could point me in the rite direction about a 2019 W quarter. I’ve never seen one before. The only thing really I could find online was it is West Point mint. Just wondering if it was worth hanging on too

Yep, 2019 W quarters are worth hanging onto for the moment, and if in excellent condition worth much more than face. I've only found 2 in circulation. 3 million mintage each.

Would this be something to get appraised now or just hang on too?

It's circulated a bit, so go ahead and put it in a 2x2, but appraisal would be a big word for someone telling you you might get 12-15$ for it. Quite a bit better than face. I think you can get uncirculated ones for 25$ on big dealer's websites. On Etsy, just add a few zeroes to the real price and you're good.

Anyway, count yourself lucky for finding one, and I've seen worse!
