I have found this 1991p quarter in circulation. It has several circular indentation covering the obverse and is bent. The reverse side has very little detailing where the impact occurred. When I place another quarter up against the indentions they fit the profile. Can this be a mint error?

Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

Not a mint error, just beat up badly. Possible vice job given the semi-circular indentations?

    Not a Mint Error

As stated.. Someone very bored took another Quarter and smashed it with a hard blow to the one you have.. Why? Only the person that created it would know.
