Found these 1991 pennies to compare the different 1991 pennies.
I'm not going to say die capped, but how about a rim error.
? is 1st picture a error coin if so what is it called. I'm being careful on what I state. Do I have a error coin? What say you?

All I'm seeing is circulation wear and tear to the rims.
Those are copper plated zinc planchets so they are more likely to look that way when damaged compared to a sturdier copper planchets.

I would agree, the rim is a high point so think about if the coin slides around over time on various surfaces it'll flatten out and wear away the plating.

Also - I suggest uploading your images and inserting as full size. Makes things alot easier for others to view and give opinions.

Thanks for your input, but once again, no luck. It is pretty hard looking for a coin that might make you a few dollars.
    Ill keep trying

keep in mind, a valuable error is a rare error. It’s going to be a long wait to find one in circulation.

if all you’re interested in is flipping for a quick buck try sniping cheaply priced already identified ones on eBay then resell. It’s going to be easier in the long run.
