1991 Quarter Possible Cud & DDO?

    Is this CUD on the reverse of this quarter? and is the N on the reverse side
    of IGWT a DDO or DDD?

    It looks as though there is a CUD, but the doubling I see on the motto, is MD and not a DD.

    I do not see a CUD as much as I see a simple die chip since the rin is fully formed.

    I also to not see any evidence of "die" doubling.
