    PCGS lists a 1991 MS65 value at $10. Nice looking cent to stick in a drawer, but not to grade...Welcome to CT

    If the coin is absent of wear or circulation then it definitely makes it into MS60 possibly up to gem.

    Yes that would grade no less than a MS-60 but why grade it? It will cost you more in fees that’s it will ever be worth. I buy MS-66 and higher graded cents at my LCS for under $10.00, some as low as $5.00. Put it in a flip and save your money.
