    I have a 1991 penny missing li in liberty and no mint mark.whats it worth?

    Compacted Grease on the die on those letters did not allow them to form properly on the blank planchet when it was struck.
    Nothing major.

    No mint mark just means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint.
