    Hi guys,

I have this 1991 P Roosevelt dime and would like to know what the error is on the reverse? Is the large chunk of metal at the top of the torch referred to as an interior die break? I have seen the regular die chips scattered on dimes but not as large as this one, nor in this location.

Also, I would like to know what the lines are below the T? Is this considered die flow lines? Lastly, why is the metal not level next to the "T"? The metal in this location is not flat and it looks like there is a break there.

    Thanks very much.

    Yes to IDB.
The issue is caused by a Die Deterioration.
That's why you see those Striations on the field.
