1991-P is this Broad struck?

    hello, looks broad struck but the tops of letters L, I, B, E, just a hair of the R cut off. the weight is 5.7 and normal is 5.67 but the diameter is off it's 24.0 and should be 24.30 and has full-rim reeds

    expat Remember you are unique, just like everyone else

    Mis-aligned or slightly tilted die IMO. A broadstruck coin would be out of collar and have no reeding
