Hello everyone! Sorry to post again! I'm new so just trying to find out what I am looking at! I have this and I know its probably not double died.. but can someone explain what I'm seeing.. I see the letters WE have almost a double die.. but there is nothing that I have found that says there is actually a 1991 d error like this! The coin has some plating issues giving the appearance of a doubled die. Take a look at coins from the 80s and 90s and you will see the same effect on a lot of them. Keep up the hunt!
