1990p double earlobe?

    Doesn't look like any of the examples I've seen posted by very notable and knowledgeable members on this site.

    Here's just one such helpful example.

    It is obvious MD (machine doubling). The earlobe has been narrowed as a result. A true doubled die would have the effect of increasing the size making the earlobe look wider than normal
