Ok I am new to all of this but my husband and I have been saving coins for about 10 years for our grandkids before depositing in savings I thought I would check a few out. I honestly understand the chances of finding a 1990 Proof No S Penny is very rare thought I would get advice from a few that know alot more than me. Any responses are greatly appreciated

Sorry to say that you can't retire yet, your coin is an ordinary business strike cent of which there were 6,851,765,000 produced.

Sorry Rita......nothing extraordinary here. Just a plain ol' business strike.
