1990 penny- What Do we have here?

Bad haircut on the obverse and bubbles everywhere on both sides , especially the reverse! The more I study those pennies the more I love them! I became addicted! Help me out here my precious experts! what Am I seeing? Thank you in advance

Plating blisters all over the reverse. Common on copper plated zinc cents. I don't see anything on the obverse. Your images aren't much bigger than the thumbnails.

 

@furryfrog02 Probably it's nothing I assume. But you know how eyes can play tricks sometimes!
