Check it with this one .

    1990 1¢ WDDR-001

Description: Extra thickness shows on USA, EPU, the dots, the designer’s initials, and ONE CENT. Some separation from a spread towards the rim shows on EPU and on the upper letters in CENT especially the N and T. ONE CENT has notched upper letters and a few letters in USA are notched at the bottom.

Die Markers: Obverse: Strong die pitting can be found in the date area. Reverse: Two small die gouges can be found above the T in CENT. A die crack runs across the top of the right cornice.

The U.S. Mint uses erasers when they make mistakes. Here are official U.S. Mint photos of them. Don't worry, you're not the only one who doesn't know about these...

I see some die deterioration and maybe a little grease fill.
