As you all know, I work at an Austin, TX area Toll Road and today I received this as part of a toll payment. There is nothing spectacular about the coin except it being in reasonable good condition for a 1990. Upon examination, with a 40x loupe, I noticed what appears to be a doubling of the letter M in MONTICELLO - nothing else appears to be doubled. It may be STRIKE DOUBLING or PMD but I'm not sure. Pics below (Sorry all I have is a flatbed scanner and an Intel digital microscope for close-ups) This is the original scan. This is a negative of the original scan This was a close-up with the microscope This is a NORMAL 1990-P Monticello
