1990-P Jefferson Nickel - possible doubling

    As you all know, I work at an Austin, TX area Toll Road and today I received this as part of a toll payment.

    There is nothing spectacular about the coin except it being in reasonable good condition for a 1990. Upon examination, with a 40x loupe, I noticed what appears to be a doubling of the letter M in MONTICELLO - nothing else appears to be doubled. It may be STRIKE DOUBLING or PMD but I'm not sure. Pics below (Sorry all I have is a flatbed scanner and an Intel digital microscope for close-ups)
