1990 P Dime Error

    Any Idea what might cause this? I got nothin, as I know nothing about coin collecting.

    I can post better photos on request, and prolly will eventually anyway.

    I think probably PMD. If it were struck with that void I'd think it would show up on the obverse with Rosies eye and forehead area showing some weakness.
