Can someone give me a little history on the 1990 no S mint mark. I have a 1990 no mint, but where no mint varieties struck. If so, then how would you know if it would be marked with an S. Not trying to sound stupid, but It would help me learn.
The only way a 1990 cent is worth anything without the S mark is if the coin is a proof. Other than that you have a coin worth 1 cent.
