    He never said it was a proof. OK he did say no S, but that is correct there is no S.

    The only doubling I see is machine doubling.

    I don't see a partial collar strike, it looks normal to me. Typical non-full strike with the edge beveling down from the rims to where the edge makes contact with and is flattening against the collar.

    the coin looks like a normal cent to me , the reason this coin doesn't have a mintmark is because it was made at the Philadelphia mint.
