I was looking through my change and i found this error 1990 atleast thats what im thinking i was wondering if someone could help me out im new to collecting, it has no mint mark or L in liberty and no in god we trust
Looks like a really worn die to me but it could definitely just be pmd... Don't take my word for it though wait for the experts to chime in.
@Jesse F Lomonaco Your Cent is struck on a worn Die.. No Mint Mark means it was struck at the Philadelphia Mint. And the missing letters could be a bit of grease on the incused lettering on the Die itself which did not allow the letters to form properly on your Cent. This is a common issue. Nothing really major.
Agree with @paddyman98. It really has very little additional value, but it is a nice example of a filled die and/or deteriorated die. If I got this in change, I would keep it with the understanding that it never will be worth much
