1990 Great Britain one penny

    Hello everyone,I have this one penny from 1990 Great Britain. It's supposed to weigh 3.56g,
    but this one is 3.11g.Can someone give me an answer?

    Certainly seems very light and the strike is very weak too. Possibly struck on an incorrect blank? If the metal was too thin it would account for both anomalies.
