Check this out! I checked coppercoins.com for a match and they don't have any for that year. I really think it is a D above the other. What do you guys think? Also, didn't they change they way they did MM startiing with this year? And actually at these angles you can't see the possible other D. Not sure about that, but will post other pics in min.
I see what you are talking about but I always get it wrong so I'll let the experts on minting errors weigh in.
here are some better ones. I am going to take some different angles in a bit. I don't like the way the bottom gets cut off. Any sugestions?

With the different angles it looks like some planchet issues moving out from the rim to the area identified.
So what does that mean, there is a possiblity that it could happen like this? Do you think I should still send it in for attribution?
