Please, is this a double die or machining double? Its plain to see on both sides of coin, on liberty and on columns of memorial. I read, if doubling is on obverse and reverse, it is probably machining. 1990 d doesn't seem to be listed as a known double die. I must ask though, since I'm not experienced at all.
