1990-D Nickel - Doesn't look like Machine Doubling... but I've been wrong before

Here is the coin:



Runs from under the nose to the top of the bottom lip. Does it look legit? I didn't find any listings that match this.

The coin is pretty well worn, which is always quite frustrating. But what should I expect from pocket change?
