This cent appears to have extra metal on the reverse lettering. Is this an error? Im not sure if this would be considered doubled, die chips, or simply my imagination.
Makes sense. Everytime I've seen plating bubbles named as the culprit, they've usually been in the fields or very close to a mm. But it makes sense that they could show up on letters too. Thanks guys.
We already answered the question. It didn't really have that much of a rough life. Still looks ok for its plating issue. Read the other posts before responding.
