1990 D cent Lamination or other error?

Hi all! I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me with. First of all, do you think the coin has only a lamination error? The larger error resembles the profile of the Lincoln head, but also, to the left of that error is another that resembles a bell. There are no errors on the flip side of the coin. Is it possible for this to be a bell? If these are not due to lamination errors, what other types of errors could it be? Also, any ideas on the value of the coin?
    Thanks for your help.

It is not any kind of error. It is corrosion. Bad corrosion!
