1990 Belgie 1F- error

    I don't know what would you call this Error . I am having problems photoing it, to shinny.

    I think it is an error, but I'm not sure what kind either. It looks either like some kind of strikethrough, or a laminated planchet error. I'm leaning toward the strikethrough.

    Looks to have multiple issues going on. I see lots of struck-thru stuff going on but it also looks to have a HUGE die chip going on or maybe even a retained internal CUD???

    Mike Diamond needs to have a look.

    That looks realy great :thumb: Anyone else think that the crown happens to look like a giant spider though LOL

    I like the Spider on the Revese side. This coins reminds me on Jason the Movie. Thanks for your input. Here is a other picture.

    It's hard to tell exactly what you have, but it certainly looks interesting. It could be a retained strike-thru or a lamination error. The surrounding area has lots of roughened patches, but I can't tell if they're strike-thrus or areas of die erosion. This is the kind of coin that requires examination under a microscope.
