    Looks like an off-center strike, assuming the reverse looks the same. Looks to also be a 1991 to me. Cool find.

    Only for 1982-D copper small dates and people who have made dozens of posts on machine doubled and pmd coins but still refuse to look at the error-reference, variety vista, or Wexler doubled die sites. ;)
