199? Lincoln cent

I need some help identifying the date on this Lincoln cent. It looks like a close am and I included a pic from wexler I believe. I'm also having a hard time determining the f and g because all the funk on there. I don't want to clean it but I need the information off it. What do I do

Definitely looks like a close AM, but likely a 1993 since the top of the 2 on a 1992 curves down to the left at a different angle.

 

Also I think you can see the top half of the three. I see what you mean thank you kind sir
