199? liberty dime

    i have a 199? liberty dime with the last digit in the date missing. does anyone know if this coin has any value?

    Could be a grease filled die, though we need pictures to give an accurate answer.

    A picture would help but most likely the die had some grease on it and that is why your date was not fully struck. They are only worth a few dollars IF you can find someone who would want to collect them. They are very common.

    What do you mean by "liberty dime"? The last dime produced with Liberty was in 1945. Since 1946 FDR is on our dimes.
