The issues I see are doubling on most of the letters as well as right side of the torch. There are marks above the O and N as well around "rib" in E.PLURIBUS Thanks Clawcoins I'll remember, when I post to add what I see
The torch looks a bit odd. It looks like it is either damage or could be from the mechanical doubling seen on the devices. Another possibility is a strikethrough. Even if it was a strike though I doubt it would be worth a premium in the condition it's in.
