My girlfriend brought me home this 1989 D dime yesterday and it has a bit of a copperish tint to it. Any idea what this could be cause from? I tried to scan it and it does not really show the color, but if anyone has any thoughts or comments that would be great. Bear with me, I have been looking through pocket change for about the last year and half and do not really know much.
