1989 S Dime FDR has Churchill Cheeks.

I'm new. I found this 1989 P Dime in my Piggy Bank. FDR's cheek is sagging and there is a crack the lettering is over the cheek. The back also has a bubble. I want to know what could have caused this? Feel free to laugh.
