1989-P Dime errors?

    Maybe on the picture doesnt look clear but it has on the word " NUM" a small tail that connects the 'M' with the point at the end. Other thing that i saw is two small holes or points or something like that on top of the "M" in the same word. Let me know any info about this if there's any and thanks.
