    It appears to be MD ( machine doubling) Memorial Building appears to be a die chip. IMO value 1 cent

    Agree with @Dave363. May be die deterioration doubling but either way it doesn't really add any extra value. Once again, the die chip in the Memorial building is cool, but doesn't add any value.

    But you did find a genuine mint error
