1989-D quarter RPM?

    Hello again everyone could this be the 1989-D quarter RPM error or just....

    No offense but you have to be more specific than that in your question. Which RPM from which cataloging system are you comparing it to? Looking I had found 1989-D RPM-001 from varietyvista, this isn't it.
    References found also to a RPM-003 and an RPM-009. I am assuming somewhere there are at least 6 more RPMs, unless someone just made up numbers along the way that aren't part of a known cataloging system.

    It should look EXACTLY the same as their example picture with more or less wear from where ever you are looking at, because the mintmark was re-punched into the die, so every coin struck with that die will look the same.

    I'm really not trying to vex anyone or be difficult, it's just no way to tell what you are comparing it to to make your determination except for the most common and readily available RPM-001 and your picture isn't it.
