1989-d Quarter DDO?

    Hi there guys,

    Just seeing if someone out there might shed some light on if this coin is truly a DDO 89’d quarter or is it something else. It sure looks like it’s doubled to me on the “In God We Trust” & “D mintmark” areas.
    Thanks and appreciate anyone’s thoughts and opinions.

    It looks like it might be die deterioration doubling, but I'd need clearer photos.
