Doubling in the 989 in the date, LIBE (left side of letters) in Liberty, some doubling inside the rounded letters.
The reverse has the same doubling as the 1989 DDR on the ER CA in America and not like the DDR it has doubling on the left side of the memorial above the far left bush.

-- almost forgot the S in trust has a small doubling like the S was turned about 15* you can barely see it in the picture, it's only on the bottom of the S.

I have another one just like this that is weaker but with a bit of wear. Should I send this off?

based on the shelf like look i think it is strike doubling

you can tell this becuase the doubling is lower then the primary strike while on true doubling it would be the same

    Yup, strike doubling.
    Not exactly junk.
    To a collector face value.
    On eBay? Priceless.

Just as Jako Lipo said: a shelf like or stair step look it's Machine Doubling(MD). It doesn't alway's effect all the letter's or number's it can be a single letter or number.
