1989-d ddo? or machine doubling?

I'm tempted to just call this machine doubling and stick it with the rest of my pennies to return to the bank, but I'm still new at this, and wanted to get a 2nd (or as many as comes out of this thread ) opinion on it.







Main thing I noticed about this section, is the little spot about the S in TRUST


and the reverse just for the full coin

I think it is machine doubling damage on the date rather than split plate myself.

The blob above the "S" appears to be a corrosion focus, similar to the blob of bluish colored material above the "T".
