hi all I found this while I was looking through some rolls of pennies for errors. it seems weird to me I think the 989 in the picture are doubled in some fashion and the fact I have never heard of an error on a 1989 cent makes me wonder what's going on... any ideas or advice on this matter would be greatly apprieciated. thanks, Alex
