1988 Washington Quarter Mechanical Doubling?

    Hello,

    Is this Mechanical Doubling on 'United States'?

    I'm new at this and at first I thought it was a Doubled Die. But after researching online, I'm thinking its Mechanical Doubling. Either way it's still going in my coin book since I don't have that year and mint.
