1988 Roosevelt Dime with raised lines, 1983 Lincoln Penny with raised dots...

I found a 1988 Roosevelt dime and a 1983 Lincoln penny, both while looking through coin rolls from my bank, and both have strange reverse, one with raised lines and plains and the other with raised dots. I'm still fairly new to coin collecting and would appreciate any help with what they might be, if anything.
